Harvest season of coffee beans is from the end of October to March, and there is no big difference of aging depends on the harvest season. It is because the area we harvest Coffee is the place where not so many pest diseases are happened
Compared to other coffee beans harvested in Colombia, the one from Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta has a big beans shape and aroma scent.
The melted water from the mountain and snow makes acidity, taste and scent of coffee stronger. We only use ripe beans which was harvested in the shade and washed with water. Our coffee has acidity and mild taste.

The special climatic conditions, soil and pure water combine in the production of the beans. The access to this Santa Brabara lot takes one and half hours riding a 4x4 vehicle, one and half hours by mule and a 30 minute hike. Tolima farm, Santa Barbara lot is located in between the blue Caribbean sea iand 5,750 meter peaks just 20 km away. Our beans are fermented in a traditional way and then sun - air dried naturally amid very pure mountain air. After packing them in traditional sacks, the beans then start their long journey by mule.
Our coffee has s delicate expression, with fruity notes, tea and brown spices, of excellent physical quality and clean recidual.
